High production and low loss,using the raw material of wood sawdust, peanut shell,corn cob, bagasse, cotton stalk, corn stalks, rice hull, miscellaneous branches etc shattered into granular.

1. Dry the material by drying machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 12%.

Sawdust, wood branches,wood, wood residues, rice husk, sunflower shell, peanut shell, corn stalk, straw, bamboo, cotton stalk, coconut shell, olive, furfural dregs, bagasse, corncob, corn stalk, shurbs, and any other agricultural waste.
1.Size:smaller than 5mm , if the material can not achieve the requirement, it should be crush first.
2.Moisture :8%-12%,If raw material has high moisture it should be reduced by Sun drying or using flash drier.
When begin to work,the heating circle heat the machine,then wood briqutte machine can press sawdust without any binder, sawdust pressed by high temperature and high pressure , then the screw press sawust forward,extrusion into a rod-shaped solid rod with center hole.
