Brief introduction of wood sawdust briquette firewood making machine
1). Briquette Machine can make stick shape wood briquette of different diameter and different shape from agriculture and forest wastes.
2). This wood sawdust briquette firewood making machine designed with automatic temperature control system, it can produce high density wood briquette from biomass. The motor can be 11kw/15kw/18.5kw-3phase-380v/220v/450v-50hz electrical driven motor. This machine can be operated 16 hours per day. The extruded wood briquette can be used as fuel for briquetteboilers or boilers for heating.
Please note: during briquetting process, there will be some smoke from the briquette machine that have to be expel to atmosphere.
Many performance data such as capacity, coal bar density, eletricity consumption and wearable degree have reached advanced level. Our newly developed charcoal machine can be used as charcoal powder shaping machine by replacement of some spare parts.
This charcoal briquette machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as bits of wood, rice shell or peanuts shell, etc. The raw material(12% Water proportion) dried by the dryer(12% humidity)will be formed into fuel under high pressure and at high temperature.
4. The charcoal making process
1). The frist step is crush raw material become small size, less than 3mm.
2). The second step is dry raw material, in order to reduce the moisture less than 12%.
3). The third step is use briquette machine make products.
4). The fourth step is carbonize briquette become charcoal. This step is optional for customer.

Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes, such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo sawdust, bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, bamboo, wood, straw dust, mustard stalk and cotton stalks, nutshell, coconut shell, etc.
