Introduction:
Our briquette making machine adopts large propeller to grind various material, then press them into briquettes. The natrual lignin in the material are released by the high pressure and temperature. During making briquettes, the lignin as the natrual glue to combined the materials. Then High density briquettes are made. Our machine could make hexgon, square briquettes.
Briquette machine is widely used for processing sawdust, agro-waste, furniture waster. To reuse all the material and make them into briquette as material, could save energy and eco-protection.
Raw Material:
Widely used for agro and forest waste, such as sawdust, bamboo, coconut shell, coffee husk, rice straw, Paddy straw, wheat straw, rice husk, wood chips, etc.
Available moisture content to the material: 8-12%
Required material size:3mm-5mm

2. We have added 5-6 grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors and help increase density. Moreover, we add a wedding-ring in the machine ,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks.
3. Wood sticks is easy for carrying and packaging .We have also design trolleys to help load the sticks.
4. The wood charcoal briquette making machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line. This is from our design with patent rights. It can save labour cost.
