carbonization stove is ideal equipment to anoxic distillation carbonization.Wood long carbonization
stove adopt the method of dry distillation and nature carbonizing heating the wood stick until it divide
into fuel gas,tar and charcoal.Because of reasonable structure for the wood log carbonization stove, it
need small heat consumption.The final product charcoal briquete bars can be used for BBQ or
fuel to boiler etc.
Carbonization furnace for wood log/branch is our new invent, which is also combined type. The charcoal can be hoisted outside, in this way the cooling time can be reduced much, thus, the productive efficiency increases a lot. It is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.
This type of charcoal machine adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.
